President Alumni association KV3 is glad to announce that their OSA will provide you a platform to voice your views and an opportunity to serve your juniors with your experience and achievements.Your views and suggestions are invited to give a proper shape to this organization.
Scope of Old Students’ Association
There is an immense scope of alumni association in all the kendriya vidyalayas . The formation of alumni association will not only give its ex-students an opportunity to come back to its alma-mater , but also it will also give the students and staff a lot of motivation and inspiration . While interacting with one another, the ex-students will review their relationships and can mutually help each other.It is strongly felt to showcase the alumni of Kv3 Jalandhar for the image projection . This will not only enhance the brand equity but also go a long way for the upgradation of standards of our Vidyalaya .
Objectives of OSA
The initial objectives of this OSA may be limited to a social gathering only , but with the passage of time ,more and more people joining the association, it will certainly widen its scope to be more meaningful and purposeful
Some Objectives Are:
For the motivation of the younger generation to have an all round development the OSA will initiate
Ø OSA Trophy: For the best All-rounder.
Ø Gold Medals: For best in academics and sports .
Ø Trophies: For best speaker and best in computers
Ø Medals: For toppers in class 10th and 12th .
Ø Trophies: For best performance in dance, drawing, art and music.
OSA will conduct career counseling seminars for the senior students of the school . This will serve a duel purpose program . It will be conducted by the Ex-students who have excelled in the various fields. They can share with them the first hand experience they have had after passing out from this vidyalaya the professions they are in.
OSA can conduct various personality development programs for the students of the school. To name a few , communication skill, effective public speaking, social Etiquettes and manners.
OSA can adopt some students , who are economically weak but academically brilliant by providing them fee, uniform and books .
