Principal addressed the parents and focused on the rules and regulations of sangathan and sought the cooperation of parents for all around development of the children. Parents were requested to visit the Vidyalaya regularly. The parents were told that they should  keep a strict watch on their wards activities. The result of the students was discussed and the pupils who have got distinction and super distinction were given awards. The children were motivated to show more good results next time. Also 10% improvement awards were also given to students. Refreshment was also given to all parents and teachers. After refreshment, the parents went to the classrooms to sign the report cards and to interact with the subject teachers. On the whole, the meeting was a great success
